    Good afternoon,

When we try to Run the following: Ansys Workbench > Static Structural > Geometry, we get the following error messages:Any suggestion on what to do to get the Mechanical Editor to start? It worked a few months ago, but didn't work in the last few weeks.

System: Windows 10 desktop 64 bit
    .Net 3.5 Framework installed

This issue was resolved using the following method:
    1. Uninstalling Ansys
    2. Login in to Windows as admin
    3. Install Ansys as admin.
    4. When you reach the screen asking to "Specify the License Server Machine - Add Server Machine Specification", use the Hostname 1: ???? (this will vary based on your license server).
